Telekom Slovenije is the national telecommunications and cybersecurity provider, operating the most advanced cybersecurity centre in Slovenia and the wider Adriatic region. Its incident-response team, TS-CERT, is a verified Trusted Introducer member — the only commercial CERT/CSIRT in Slovenia with this status — and the company acts as a consultative partner to the Europol EC3 expert group.

Telekom Slovenije's experts have participated in all major international cyber-defence exercises — ENISA Cyber Europe, EDA Comprehensive Cyber Strategic Decision-Making, NATO Cyber Coalition, and NATO Locked Shields — demonstrating technical, operational, and strategic excellence. These credentials confirm its ability to deliver resilient, standards-compliant cybersecurity operations for critical infrastructures and to lead large-scale deployments under the Digital Europe Programme.

Telekom Slovenije coordinates ShieldHealthAdria and leads technology selection, pilot design and EU-level communication. It hosts the Project Management Office and oversees governance, quality assurance, ethics and the project KPI framework.

As coordinator and lead technical partner, Telekom Slovenije ensures that validated, EU-based cybersecurity capabilities reach hospital environments across the Adriatic region — and that the resulting model is packaged for replication across Europe.
