Planned activity — this entry follows the project work plan and will be updated with results once the activity takes place.
By the end of November 2026, the consortium adopts its Dissemination & Exploitation Plan — deliverable D6.1 of Work Package 6, led by Telekom Slovenije. The plan defines how the project communicates, with whom, and how success is measured.
What the plan covers
- Target groups and channels — hospitals and healthcare providers, policy stakeholders, the cybersecurity community and the wider public, each with tailored channels and materials.
- Stakeholder engagement strategy — workshops, conferences and participation in international cybersecurity events, with project networks acting as multipliers.
- KPIs — measurable targets, including reaching more than 10,000 stakeholders across Europe over the project's lifetime.
- EU visibility — visual identity, website and the funding-acknowledgement arrangements required under the Digital Europe Programme.
Materials are produced in English and, where appropriate, in Slovenian and Croatian.
